Do you offer samples? You may try our starter size products which are smaller and travel size. We often include samples of soap bars that you havent tried along with your order, but we currently do not offer free samples from our store.
Can I wear makeup? Most makeup is loaded with toxic ingredients, making your skin worse, and certain essential oils may react negatively with inorganic compounds. If you must wear makeup, we recommend using only truly natural makeup such as 14e Cosmetics, 100 Percent Pure, or MG Naturals. (*We have no affiliation with these companies.)
How long does it last? Full size products last 3-6 months if used daily, and our starter size products last 1-2 months. The ingredients should be used within 6 months after opening.
Can I take prescription acne medication? Acne drugs have side effects including photosensitivity and dry skin, so we suggest avoiding them while using our BLEMISH and BANISH Serums. You can instead try our more moisturizing BLISS or BASIC collections which gently fight acne.
Can I use this while pregnant or breastfeeding? We recommend checking with your doctor, because lemongrass is contraindicative to pregnancy. Our BLOOM Collection was made for all women including those pregnant and nursing, and our BLISS and BASIC collection is safe for anyone, even babies. Both fight acne as well as aging and eczema.
How long will it take? Results may vary, but typically users will see improvement in texture and inflammation within the first few uses. Over time, breakouts should become shorter and happen less often until they subside for good. This may take a few months.
Will my skin get worse before it gets better? It depends on your diet and lifestyle, but many users experience a purging phase from our more concentrated and powerful BANISH and BLEMISH serums that eventually subsides once the skin and body becomes acclamated to the change in chemistry.
